I just got off a phone call and I was treated by the worse type of customer service rep ever. If this is the way they treat their customers I do not want to do any business with this company.

The rep's name is Casey extension 272. He did not allow me to talk to a Supervisor or transfer my call to a billing dept. I start to believe that I'm trapped in a great scam like some internet reviews said. This is the second time I tried to get help from *** bastards.

Now they do not accept the kit they sent me. Basically I cannot send it back, WTF?

Reason of review: Keranique product does not work and I received a kit I did not wanted .

Monetary Loss: $80.

Preferred solution: Keranique receive the kit they sent me once I did not use their products. The kit still sealed inside the box they sent first..
