I have tried over and over again to send back their products and when I called to get a return address because I moved and lost the return form, they told me I was not allowed to return anything, they have kept charging my account over and over, I am in for over $400.00 now and just filed a formal complaint with the better business bureau. I called on the 8th of October to cancel my account after they said they would cancel my account weeks prior and they never did, they just kept sending products I did not want over and over. They still sit in the closet unopened.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $360.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Keranique Cons: It is a pathetic company fraud hated, Lying to people, Cancelation rules, Charge for something not ordered.

Just report your credit card lost your credit card company will send you a new card with a new number and when they try to charge your account it won't go through

Oh dear, I have this and was just about to call up and cancel and looked in my emails for the number to call and there are no emails there, so went to find there number and stumble on all these reviews. I think I'm going to head down and cancel my account before they take my money.
