According to the Keranique FAQ page, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, please call Keranique Customer Service at 1-88*-237-4131 after receiving your shipment to request a Return Number. Then return Keranique within 2 weeks as instructed, even if the containers are empty, to avoid further payments or to receive a refund of any purchase price payments (less shipping and processing). All future shipments will be cancelled. Please note that customers are responsible for paying return postage.
