I ordered the trial order for Keranque, which took almost a hundred years to do, because of all the other products that they try to bribe you into ordering.I used the product and found hat I didn't like it. They kept sending me monthly orders that added up to $650.00 dollars between June-August.

I called them in August to cancel the order, they told me that they would stop sending the product and stop taking money out of my account. Here it is October and they are still taking money out of my account, but I haven't received any product. I called customer service to question this and they told me that this is the way they charge you two months after you receive the product. This is not how they explained it to me at the beginning. My order went from $78.00 a month to $159.00/month.

Also they will not allow you to return the product after thirty days. BEWARE OF KERANIQUE THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Location: Maryland Line, Maryland

Why did you keep allowing them to take money from your account. I no the first time I saw a suspicious debit from my account I cancelled my credit card.

This automatically stops any further deductions. You have to get a new credit card of course but it's s ***-of-a lot cheaper than losing hundreds of dollars on a scam

Want to know the best way to get back every penny these *** have ever stolen from your account? When you do finally get a "customer service" rep on the phone, calmly tell them that you are one click away from submitting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Or the New Jersey Attorney General's office. Those magic words seem to have quite the effect on these c0n artists. Same thing happened to me after MULTIPLE requests to cancel and return their over-priced junk products, yet money kept disappearing from my account. If you don't get a refund of ALL funds back into your account, proceed with said BBB/AG complaint. The BBB WILL get your money back, it just takes a little longer.

-Some people may tell you to dispute the charges with your bank, but I would advise against doing this, when your bank investigates your claim, they will want to hear the company's side of things, and although it may be your word against theirs, there is a chance that you may lose the dispute. Once a chargeback is lost by the consumer, it may permanently prevent your chance of ever getting you money back, so please be careful if you do this.

-And please use caution when dealing with any of the following companies/products, they are all one in the same, with their shady business practices:

>>>>Hydroxatone (makers of AM/PM Rejuvenating Treatment, Hydrolyze Under Eye Cream, Celtrixa Stretch Mark Lotion, Declatone Neck & Decollete Cream, Instant Effect 90-Second Wrinkle Reducer, Keracalm Smoothing Spray, Lashatone Eye Lash Growth)

>>>>Keranique Hair Regrowth System (the shampoo is junk - dries almost ALL hair types out, the "hair regrowth treatment" that is supposed to be top of the line is just a basic 2% minoxidil that you can buy at any drugstore for a fraction of the price)

>>>>Bellaplex - another POS "anti-aging cream" >>>>Luminique - another POS "anti-aging cream" >>>>Urban Nutrition >>>>Bellezza -And I would also be careful of Sarah McNamara Beauty, which makes the Miracle Skin Transformer line. Miracle Skin Transformer makes GREAT products, but their "customer service" for phone/online orders is also run by the same degenerates as the other products, so if you're going to purchase, go to a store like Nordstrom, Sephora or Ulta (where you can get samples and try the products in-store! love it!) I'm posting this on EVERY SINGLE COMPLAINT for this horrible company....it may take me years, considering it looks like there are millions of complaints out there, but I will see to it that anyone considering ever doing business with ATLANTIC COAST MEDIA GROUP (The name they HIDE behind) will think twice, and anyone that's ever been scr.ewed over by these scammers will get their hard-earned money back. Hopefully, these pieces of *** will be out of business once they realize they're giving BACK more money than they're taking in!

I'm glad I read these. This sounds a lot like the product sold by Mr.

Dean, who also over ships and over charges.

Do these people have so little confidence in their ability to sell their product that they plot to cheat us. We need to protest and sue.

Wow I am glad I read these comments I was about to order the product but bc of problems in the past ordering things like this and even after cancelling BEFORE the trial was over my credit card was charged, I immediately called my bank and told them this company does NOT have my authorization to charge my account. I was not going to allow them to continue to charge me for a product I had cancelled BC it did not work.

Always get names of the person you had talked to when you csncelled the order and keep the date and time, then call your bank to stop the fraudulent company from stealing your money.

Everyone of you should sue this company, I hope you took pictures of the damage the product has caused. I am grateful for this site I will NOT be ordering this product and very sorry for those of you who have been taken advantage of!!

I ordered this product online. I received the first so called free ( which I paid for later) trial pack.

Started using it, was not finished, when a second arrived, then started using the second one when a third arrived. They were arriving faster than I could use them so I cancelled the order. I had an argumentative rep who argued and argued with me about canceling . Finally she conceded and cancelled my order.

I continued using the product I had. Then I went to my hair dresser who asked me if I had noticed any hair loss because my hair was much thinner and the dye was not adhering well. I said yes I noticed excessive hai loss the last month or so, pinpointed it to the kerique product and discontinued using it.

My hair is still considerably thinner since using it, and recently heard there was a lawsuit pending against them. I want to be part of that lawsuit!!!!!

This is definility a scam. After returning Keranique  I still receive charches for Great Fun and Shoppers as a "bene3fit for joining" Did not sign up for it and still carged for Keranique and the B ENEFITS. Makes wonder how much more I'm getting scewred by online shoppers.
