I know there's no free lunch, and most companies that offer a "free trial" have fine print that says words to the effect tnat they will bill your card if you don't return the product within a specified period of time. Ont he www.getkeranique.com website, under the fields where you enter your info to get the free trial are two small links in small font size: Privacy Policy and Offer Terms. Click on the Offer Terms link and a popup appears which says:

Offer Terms

Please send me a 2 month supply of Keranique to try risk free for 30-days. I will be billed today just $3.95 shipping and processing. With the 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, I just have to call within 30 days of receipt and return the System within 2 weeks to avoid being billed any additional amount. If I keep the System, I will be billed two payments of $79.95, 30 days and 60 days following receipt of my shipment. Then unless I cancel, I will continue to receive a new 60 day supply every 2 months with the low price of just $79.95 per month for 2 months plus $7.95 S&P per shipment, which will be billed to the card I provide today. By clicking "Rush My Trial", I authorize Keranique to charge my card for each shipment per the terms described above. Local and State sales tax may apply. There is no commitment to continue. I can call customer service at 1-88*-237-**** at any time to cancel. My 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee covers every shipment of Keranique.

I totally get being pissed off when a company does not fully disclose its "free offer" terms. Unfortunately, Keranique does (at least, if you use the online site--which I did look at--rather than calling the toll-free number (which I did not and would never do) fully disclose.

Failure of customers to do due diligence is not the company's fault in this particular case...

Reason of review: I am trying to clarify the issue for those who are pissed who should be pissed at themselves for not doing due diligence research of the offer terms before handing over their credit card info.

I am sure all these *** people who do not have brains enough to read the fine print are grateful for your post. Was there any fine print that gave instructions in proper hair shampooing methods?

These complainers must have mis-used the products, which would explain their ultimate balding.

*** people. Jeez...

You are absolutely right, that's why they call it a free trial not a free sample, I trail means you try it & if you like it. You pay if you don't then you return it in the time frame alloted or you are assisted the normal fee's of the product cost.

I haven't tried it. I'm intrested, but reading reviews first. I do have hair it's just thin. So product may not be suitable for me, yet still wonder if may help to thicken since when brush my hair I lose a lot though I'm now leaning towards not trying it due to the hair loss complaint, people are saying it first makes you bald then I guess regrows you're hair after & in order to do that sounds like you need more than the free trail kit.

Sounds like may need a three month supply. I don't wanna go bald to see if maybe can help me get more hair just to risky. There are several complaint on the balding. Did this happen to you?

Also to the person named Terry whom keeps leaving comments on people who don't spell properly- why don't you go find Jesus & stop being so critical of people. So what if their grammar is incorrect or they don't use punctuations right. Who are you to judge & ridicule. I'm sure your no one.

Other than an old mean headed evil lady that lives alone w/her 12 cats. (Am I right?) how's that for a judgement! Maybe they are forigen & spelling the best the can, maybe they have a learning disability, or grew up w/parents who didn't take the time. You don't no their story or situation, you no nothing about them.

Just like they don't no you. You could be an upstanding citizen w/a lovely family that just likes to leave rude comments about other people misgivings, but why? Why do you feel you need to hurt others because they can spell as good as you? That's just not right.

It's like being a bully. You shouldn't bash people because they can't spell. I bet you wouldn't do that in their presents, only over the Internet where you can hide. I'm sure you've had your feelings hurt by someone else.

Think about it, you don't go around hurting people to make your self feel or seem better. Shame on you. Please appologize & stop. Thanks for your time.

Forgive me for any improper grammer or punctuations as I am not perfect. Hope your are able to one day feel good enough about yourself that you do not need to bash or belittle others to make yourself feel better.
