Keranique online
Once again I let myself get sucked into a "free trial". First it was some facial lotion that Dr.
Oz endorse in the ad. That time I was able to get my money back. This time Keranique used my debit card to get over $80 out of my account. Due to problems with the change of ownership of the bank I could not check my account online.
I did send the 2 boxes back as refused by the Post office. When I called today the "gentleman" put me on the defensive by telling me the $80+ was for the first shipment. I thought I was getting a free trial (I paid shipping and handling). I told him this was just another scam and I was informing the bank not to issue any more payments to them.
He said I was "scamming" Keranique.
I then hung up. Some of these online sites are causing problems for the ones that are being honest.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $90.
