I ordered the products via their website on my phone 03/22/17 to try to see if they were any good via an early morning infomercial. I made sure I didn't check any boxes on their site that gave permission to enroll in automatic future shipments as, again, just wanted to try the product to see if it really worked.

Received the product via USPS 03/30/17 in my mailbox and read the fine print at the bottom of my invoice which states you have to call them to cancel AND return the containers as instructed and in blank bold at the bottom of the invoice "Customer is responsible for return postage." If you don't they will continue to ship subsequent orders of the product and bill your card. I logged on to myaccount.keranique.com and canceled any future shipments and made a screen shot of the response I got from them stating future shipments were canceled. I also requested an RMA number to return the product. Bottom line: If you order Keranique you are enrolled in the auto shipments and there is no way to opt out at the very beginning.

As an extra measure I'm closing my credit card and refusing any future shipments. Also contacting the New Jersey Department of Consumer Affairs to see what can be done.

Same here. I called immediately and canceled when I received the product last week and have email confirmation.

I don't like the products at all. I am going to call to see if I can also return.
