I had posted a review saying how it made my hair worse. They emailed me to ask about it and what they could do to make it right.
I said I lost $29 and they can decide what they wanted to do. Their reply gushed with remorse, and said they would fix things and would get back to me shortly. You can guess the outcome. That was four months ago and I am still waiting!
They must be typing with one finger on alternate Tuesday's when the moon is in a certain phase. Do not believe anything about their product or their guarantee !
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $29.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I liked: Promises of guarantees.
I didn't like: Owe me my refund per guarantee, Lied about guarantee.
