I started to place an order - gave address and credit card number. Got to the details and realized that this was an automatic shipment of product each month, so I backed out of the order - there wasn't a submit order button - so I thought I got out in time.
I read a few reviews on the product and realized I didn't even want to try this. Just thought I'd check back in case the order went through - and it did! I called customer service not even an hour after the order went through - I had to practically beg him to cancel the order.
He was not nice about it - but I finally got a cancellation #. BE VERY AWARE ON PLACING AN ORDER - DO RESEARCH.
