I purchased this product about 3 weeks ago it is awful...my hair was so dry using it and my scalp itched so bad! I attempted to return it after only having it one week I followed all the requirements on my label spoke with Cody in customer service to get my return number and he was VERY persistant to get me to try it for another two weeks and even pushing more products my way...I kept saying "NO" but in order to get him to stop talking and makeing more offers I said I would try the product for another week (Said my scalp needed time to get used to the change) That lasted two days....still hate the product so I called again spoke with another customer service rep for the return number so I would not be charged.

He was so RUDE and told me I will be charged reguardless even if I send it back! I kept telling him about the "30 day RISK FREE" his response was "You don't get to try it free" and my card will be charged the $150. I can't believe how rude he was! I was so frustrated and literly had to fight with him over the phone just to get my return number!

I assured him I would call my bank and cancel my card and get a new card number and report this company for illigal behavior and it was only then he gave me the retun number.

Be careful! Like my grandmother always said "NOTHING is free in this world not even to try for 30 days" Hoping I don't see any charges on my card after I return this product, I feel it will be a nightmare to clear or get my money back.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Keranique Cons: Awful customer service.

Hey consumer thank you for your comment. I was going to buy this but not since I saw this complaint.

Just wanted to say that if you can't get a refund please go to BBB and report this company.

I have a lot of trust with them and they have always got my refund and put a very bad report for everyone to view. The again!

I wish I had found this site before ordering the same "free trial"! I am still fighting with them over the return.

They do not tell you they ship 2 months. I cancelled after a week and heard nothing until I contacted them AGAIN because they had charged me the $79+. That's when I heard that I had to return the shipment. They ignore my question as to exactly what needs to be returned (partial bottles too?) and where do I find the customer number they want?

I am disputig the charge with my bank and have informed the bak that they are not authorized to make any future charges against me, but this is really frustrating. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!
