My daughter went through this 30 day trial - then realised she could not afford the ONGOING payments - EACH month that would be coming out of her account..... She wanted to return the trial products, so I phoned the 0800 number, which goes through to Canada.

Looking at their paperwork, there is NO return address, which I believe to be ILLEGAL! - Customer service person - Justin - told me she had to return in 2x seperate boxes at a cost of $60 - $70 per box! She could however, keep the products at a total cost of $119.00. I had to talk to my daughter and he said to call back on the following day, as he was leaving the office.

That night they took out $174.00 from my daughters account...... DO NOT PURCHASED FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY DO NOT KEEP TO THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT!!!!!

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Exactly what happened to me. When returning the goods I had to return them via posting to Australia NSW.

Now when returning they advised 'if for some reason the package is lost in the post U am not to worry' oh and they confirmed I will not be billed.

Well guess what they took out over $200 from my account. Ao now I have taken this up with my bank and they will be disputing this.
