Not happy
Not happy, feel ripped off. No disclosure regarding billing currency exchange from US dollars to Australian dollars.
Hair Care trial promo states $79.95 which jumps to $109 when billed. My trial stated 2 days left, seemingly to return product, my 'personal' customer care rep could not see where that was stated on my account, insisting that I still owe a 2nd payment. After stating I want to close my account, and letting her know I was not happy, the rep is still trying to sell me more products.
Leaves me fuming :( Regarding the product itself, it's ok, but left my hair very dry so had to use extra conditioner of another brand, it feels a little stronger, but alternative products on the market are probably just as good and cheaper without making you feel hostage to a promotional programme. Summing up, not a nice experience.
Keranique - Hair Care Review from Brooklyn, New York
When I first ordered keranique, I was excited and after applying I got a bad headache, but I kept using, thinking it wasn't nothing and not making the connection, until after maybe the third try I call them and that's when I found out after talking with one of there rep's and explaining what I feeling when using, I went over a few things about myself and during that conversation I learned that the product interfere with high blood pressure medication and at that time I cancelled my order., they don't tell you the side affects right away cause if I knew I wouldn't have order to being and go though to continues charge they give each month., and even after I cancelled they still kept on charging me it took awhile before the charges stopped.
A Scam!

I also tried the Keranique in hopes it would fix my damaged hair. I am blonde, and unfortunately the well water where i was living for two years damaged my hair so extensively i was afraid it would never come back.
I had hair loss, HORRIBLE breakage, and my hair was incredibly coarse from the high minerals in the water. I put a water filter and softener in, and purchased many hair products to try and help my hair. Keranique did NOT help. I noticed not only did it not help my hair grow at all, it made my hair so dry it made the breakage WORSE.
After 2 weeks i decided to call to send the product back. The customer service i spoke to was so irritating i was happy to get off the phone. Just because you offer me your bad product EIGHT TIMES at a lower price, does not mean im going to want it! It did not help my hair it only made it worse so why would i spend $70 on shampoo thats no good.
I can buy better shampoo for literally a dollar! I tried to post a review on the keranique site, but it wouldnt let me. Imagine that. I was smart and kept an eye on my account, specifically marked when I recieved the product, and followed all instructions to send the product back.
And i made sure that i got the tracking number from the post office and kept my receipt in my wallet. They also dont tell you when you pay the $3 for trying the product you also have to pay the $10 shipping to send it back.
Buyers be Aware Keranique is very deceiving.

Keranique Customer Care Review from Gardner, Kansas
Not so FREE Trial?!?!?!
I signed up for what I believed to be a FREE trial of the Keranique hair re-growth program. I was happy to pay $1.99 for the shipping of 60 days supply for FREE....or at least that's what I was signing up for. I thought, what the ***, lets improve my hair, get some extra length on it, see if it works, it is a free trial after all.
The box arrived in a very timely fashion, but it wasn't what I expected it to be. I expected the hair serums, the box contents were daily nutrient tablets. I thought ok, lets have a go. But I was getting an uncomfortable feeling from the invoice, it listed two future dates for $59.95 payments to be taken out after the 30 day risk free trial.
I rang up after two days to say I didn't want to continue with the future shipments, it wasn't the product I thought it was. The person I spoke to, despite having a hard to understand accent, was polite, if a little sales pushy, and cancelled the auto shipments. I thought I'd just ask, "There won't be any further payments taken off my card right?" to which I was answered, "Yes, you will be charged for the product you received."
Hang on a minute!!! What happened to the FREE TRIAL???
I advised the sales person I DIDNT want to pay for the product, it was not what I was expecting.
So I was told, "OK, just return it to us. Unless you want it for 50% off, and I can send you a free gift?"
"No, thank you. I don't want to pay any money on this product."
So I was given return directions and hopefully, I can resolve this so called FREE trial at no further cost than the return postage!

I'm a blonde to and my hair used to be the same way I use Organix Org you can get it from Walmart I get the Coconut Milk it does wonders Coconut is the healthiest thing for your hair and after shampooing and conditioning for a week about 2 times a week I condition and the shampoo last it keeps your hair from drizzling and really shinny and if I don't use that I use bed head it does wonders to but is a little more expensive
