I have done a survey online and offered free sample of their shampoo and after 2 weeks i've received the whole set of the package and with invoice saying that they're going to charge me for $150 for 2 total transactions. I was shocked and did some research and found this page. I called them cancel the product but they sales person keep trying to offer me other stuff, after yelling at her she gave me the RETURN NUMBER and if they don't receive it within 2 weeks they're going to charge and also told me that they're not able to cancel my service/account since they've not received the item.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of keranique free trial. Keranique needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
