I previously filed a post about being sent a bill by Keranique for $171.89, even though only a sample had been ordered and received--nothing else. I was called by my credit card company about a month later.

They had received complaints about this company and wanted to be sure the charge was authorized before they accepted. I told them no, and at their suggestion immediately went to my bank and changed my card. I wrote the company on on June 13 and have not heard back. So I filed a complaint with the New Jersey BBB.

Today I received a bill for the Bellaplex sample--it is the same company and same tactics! Besides a sample, nothing else was ever ordered from them or received. I have since found out they used to be called Nexiderm. But changed their name after the Electronic Self-Regulation Program filed a complaint against them.

After not hearing back, they forwarded the matter to the FTC! I have filed another complaint with the New Jersey Better Business Bureau, as well as the Attorney General's office of New Jersey, and I would recommend everyone else do the same so that we can put this company out of business. There are numerous complaints all over the Internet about this company and it's practices. This seems to be standard operating procedure for them.

And their phone number is (201) 942-****. I will also be contacting the fraud departments of the three credit reporting agencies.

I am definitely going to do this. I canceled my CC because they are so FRAUDULENT.

Luckily, I called my bank immediate and canceled my card. THEY HAVE NO CC INFO to charge me, but I can still complain.
