Returned the product before Christmas and I am still waiting for a refund. I called three times and three different people told me that a credit had been processed to my Mastercard Account. What does it take to get fair treatment? This is a mail order company called Keranique which claims it has a product that will regrow hair. I have my doubts about the prodcut and did not know it contained Rogaine. I had tried Rogaine before and all it did was take the color out of my hair. The ads do not tell you that the product contains Rogaine. 127aed6
