I thought I would give you guys an update on the extra $49 I was charged. I was told to wait 2 to 5 business days for the refund, but it never happened.

Instead I was told By another agent that I had to wait till the end of the trial period (30 days) before I could see a refund.

I ended up disputing this charge with my bank and the transaction was reversed. I would definitely advise against doing any type of business with this company.

I placed an order yesterday, even after reading all the negative reviews. I was still willing to give it a try and was just going to make sure I cancel it before the 30 days, if it didn't work.

I spoke with a female -Sam Lopez- and she told me all I have to pay was the shipping fees of $7.95. She processed the transaction and right after I checked my credit card and did see a charge for $7.95 . However this morning, I checked my account again and I saw an additional charge of $49.95, from the same company. Before I agreed to terms and conditions she was reading back to me I specifficaly asked her -several times- exactly how much I am getting charged today, she very clearly said $7.95.

Now, I'm not going to claim that the product didn't work for me because I did not try it, but this practice of charging customers behind their back can't be good for business. Proof is they just lost a customer who was willing to try the product, even after all the bad reviews.

I just spoke to another agent who told me I will get the $49.95 refunded but I can't cancel the membership until I receive the product AND return it back to them. At this point I just don't see myself doing any type of business with a company who charges his customers hidden fees.

Monetary Loss: $8.

I would love to try the product, but after reading reviews I am scared of all the behind the scene charging! Perhaps this product will soon be available at ULTA for you to purchase when needed.

What you do is get one of them temporary credit cards that you load money on and use that. They can't over charge you then.

They ***, you screw them.

Nuff said! Anytime something says free trial it is a scam!

I was going to call and ask for a sample, but I am totally shocked and scared after reading all these stories.

Fyi for all unknowing persons that any company prays on as a predictor to unsuspecting buyers.

Record your conversation making it clear under your STATES LAWS That you are recording your conversation for your record's and your protection. Note: MAKE IT CLEAR YOU ARE RECORDING.

2. If you have done the above this covers you when any company you deal with charges you under (( FRAUDULENT "FRAD" )) acts. This is a crime and with proper record's following your STATES LAWS you will have proof to provide the investing agency and if leading to a suit you have their act on record.

Always cover yourself when ordering anything over a phone line and using your credit card / debit card.

You may start the fraud process by reporting it asap to your bank, credit card Co. Etc.your bank will file in your behalf and this is more record's for your cliam in any lawenforcement actions that may be taken in your behalf. Cover yourself and should ANY HONEST BUSINESS Have any issues in being recorded for a customers safty and proof of transactions with them, then ask yourself is that a business you really want to deal with. Always start by trying to resolve it with their supervision lead and your banking / Creditor branch and play it for them.' if then you receive unsatisfying end with them you can the proceed with any legal action that is open to you in your state.

I hope this helps and ends the preditor cycle.

I ordered the product to try it out also. Told I would be charged $4.85, shipping and handling but could cancel within 30 days.

If I decided to keep it, I would be charged $79. I called to cancel within the 30 days and they want to charge me $171.00 now.

The rep that I talked to was so rude. His attitude Sucked!!
