I thought i would try this product for the free month. I wasnt too sure about it but the lady on the phone said all i would have to pay was the shipping and thats all.

Ive just rung up and said i would like to cancell my shipment as the product wasnt any good. The very rude employer named Justin then said i have $280 on my account but said if i say it today i will only pay 200 and kept going down til 119, i kept saying no because i wanted to talk to my step mum since shes a lawyer and see if they could do that. After i said no to all of his prices he said that it want actually australian dollars and it was actually more like 400. Why didnt he mention that earlier.

He said i could send it back for $80 and i said i will do that and then he kept saying oh it will probably be higher than that maybe 100 but i said its still cheaper and then raised the price to 110. He kept voiding all my questions and was over all just very rude.

Ive read all the fine print and it says no where about this paymet. Im really not happy about this.

Yesss omg i spoke to the same person he did the same thing and when i said i dont want it alltogether he said to late mam allready on its aay took 3weeks to ge to me and then the trail is nerly over used it for nerly a week and my hair is ffalling iut i rang up to have it sent back! Very bad customer service
