| 2. Written by pwn3d on February 15, 2012 from sonora, california, US The first thing you should know; the law isn't fair, and neither is small claims court. The second thing; Keranique has more money and access to better lawyers than you do. Just call it a lesson learned and move on. Keranique is basically Rogaine for women. It's marketed as the only anti hair loss product that is approved by the FDA. Really it's snake oil and does nothing. The company does not hide the fact that results are not guaranteed. You agreed to a contract to purchase the product and take a chance to see if it works for you. You decided to not read the return information, or call the company about the return policy, and you just mailed it back to them. It's common knowledge that one would contact the company before returning defective merchandise. The purpose is to give the company a chance to set up the return in their system and some companies will even pay for the return postage by mailing a returns postage label at this time. By just mailing the product back without knowing the return agreement; you took another chance. Nobody can help you now. You failed. Move on. |
